Quick Cherry Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup(s) , fresh or frozen, thawed, unsweetened, pitted, halved cherries

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/8 tsp almond extract

1 pinch(es) table salt

2 Tbsp low-fat granola

Directions

In a small microwavable bowl, toss the cherries, sugar, lemon juice, almond extract, and salt. Cover and microwave on High until the cherries are juicy, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the granola.
